North Point Condominium Association
North Point Condominiums is the premier condominium development in Lawrence County. The North Point Condominium Association is a non-profit organization which operates the established, quiet, tree-lined community of privately-owned residences. It is located at the northern end of Neshannock Township, near New Castle, Pennsylvania.
Annual Dinner Meeting
The Annual Owners Dinner Meeting has been scheduled for June 17th at Tuscany Square. An announcement flier was distributed to all owners. Please return your attendance/proxy form from the bottom of the flier. Some major decisions need to be made and your vote is important. The Board would prefer the owners make these decisions, but we need a quorom at the meeting for the owners to decide. All owners are encouraged to attend.
