North Point Condominiums is a quiet, tree-lined development of privately owned condominiums in a beautiful park like setting. The North Point Condominium Association is a non-profit organization comprised of the condominium owners who manage all the day to day operations of the development. It is located in Neshannock Township, near New Castle, Pennsylvania.
Hersh Exterminating will be in North Point on April 29th applying the Spring application to the building exteriors. If you would like an interior application, Hersh offers residets a reduced rate of $65 if done on the same date they apply the exterior treatment. Residents can contact Hersh Exterminating at 724-654-2474 before April 28th at 11:00 to schedule an interior application. Your payment to Hersh is due the date of the application.
Mulching will begin this week. Piles of mulch are located throughout North Point. This mulch is for the exclusive use by Nicholson Landscaping. Please do not take mulch from these piles for your personal flower beds.
