Community News

Annual Dinner Meeting

The North Point Annual Dinner meeting was held on July 1st with 41 residents in attendance. It was nice to catch up with old friends and meet new residents. A good time was had by all. Minutes from the meeting are available for viewing or download on the Document Downloads page.

Recycling Pickup

The next date for recycling pickup is scheduled for December 2nd. They usually pick up recyclables much earlier than the trash pickup so be sure to put your recyclables early.
 

The 2024 recycling calendar is now available on the Document Downloads page. It will also be provided to each resident. If Waste Management Company adjusts any date, You will be notified.

Garbage Collection

Waste Manadement has been arriving around 11:30-12:00 to collect our garbage. Recently, those times have changed. Waste Management advises to have your garbage out by 6:30 am to assure your pickup is not missed.
