North Point Condominiums are located in Neshannock Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. It is the premier condominium development is the area. It consists of 62 privately owned condominiums.

Winter Reminders

Residents are reminded to take extra precautions during the cold winter months. If you will be away from your condominium for an extended period, do not turn your heat off. Also turn your water off at the main valve and drain your water lines. You do not want your water lines to freeze and burst while you are away. If you need assistance with this process, please contact any Board member. 

Recycling Pickup

The next date for recycling pickup is scheduled for December 1st. They usually pick up recyclables much earlier than the trash pickup so be sure to put your recyclables early.
 

The 2026 recycling calendar is now available on the Document Downloads page. It will also be provided to each resident. If Waste Management Company adjusts any date, You will be notified.

Trash Pickup

Our Waste Management trash pickup days are Mondays. They usually arrive around noon. Lately they have been coming earlier, sometimes as early as 9:00 am. We suggest putting you trash out on Sunday night in a trash container and not in bags.
