Winter and cold weather will be upon us soon. During the cold months, certain precautions must be made if you will be away from your condo for extended periods. Do not turn off your heat. Turning the thermostat down is okay but do not turn it off. Also shut your water off at the main valve and drain the water lines. This will keep the water lines from freezing and bursting while you are gone In case of a power disruption for an extended period of time.

The next date for recycling pickup is scheduled for January 2nd.
 

The 2024 recycling calendar is now available on the Document Downloads page. It will also be provided to each resident. If Waste Management Company adjusts any date, You will be notified.

Waste Manadement has been arriving around 11:30-12:00 to collect our garbage. Recently, those times have changed. On Monday, Nov 20th they were picking up garbage around 9:30. It is advisable to set your garbage out for collection by 8:00 a.m. to assure your pickup is not missed.

Our Christmas decorations have been put up at our entrance. We thank Mike Nicholson for putting them up for us again this year. He did his usual good job making our entrance the most impressive entrance of all the other condominium developments. We hope you enjoy the decorations.
