Nicholson Landscaping has completed the Spring cleanup and the beauty of North Point has returned. Mulching is completed, lawns mowed and fertilized, window washing is being scheduled, and the first pest application is about to be applied.

The next date for recycling pickup is scheduled for July 6th. They usually pick up recyclables much earlier than the trash pickup so be sure to put your recyclables early.
 

The 2026 recycling calendar is now available on the Document Downloads page. It will also be provided to each resident. If Waste Management Company adjusts any date, You will be notified.

Our Waste Management trash pickup days are Mondays. They usually arrive around noon. Lately they have been coming earlier, sometimes as early as 9:00 am. We suggest putting you trash out on Sunday night in a trash container and not in bags. 

New Board meeting minutes from 4/27 are now available for viewing and/or download on the Document Downloads page. The last minutes will be removed from the page.

The Treasurer has completed the 2025 Year End Financial Report. The report has been distributed to each condominium. It is a complete accounting of our finances and expenditures. Residents can see where their monies are spent and the cost of running North Point. The Board continues a policy of complete transparency of finances. It will not be published in a public forum like this website. 

The Annual Dinner Meeting of the Association is scheduled for July 7th at 6:00 at Gallo’s. Please return the bottom half of the flyer distributed to everyone so we can get an accurate count of persons attending for the restaurant. Also, if you cannot attend, please fill out the proxy section to allow the President  to vote for you in your stead if you so desire.
