The North Point Condominium Association was formed and organized in 1987 in accordance with law and was incorporated as a domestic non-profit corporation on September 17, 1992.
Section 3302 (a)(1) of the Pennsylvania Uniform Condominium Act provides the authority for the North Point Condominium Association to adopt and amend the By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations
The Association has a ten member Board of Directors consisting of resident/owners who volunteer their time to manage the everyday operation and maintenance of the development as well as the business of the Association.
Our Community is governed by the written documents known as the North Point By-Laws and Rules & Regulations. Copies of these documents can be downloaded for viewing or printed from Document Downloads page
The By-Laws and Rules & Regulations assure a consistent environment protecting owners' rights and describing an owner's obligations. Maintaining a consistent environment protects property values for all.
North Point Condominium Association Board members are elected by the owners and serve without pay. There are no paid officers or Board members.
